Do you require a contract? MTMPRO is paid month to month, and can be cancelled at any time. Account with 6 or more users may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
What does it cost to get started? There is an evaluation period of 30 days with Premium Tier access for up to 5 users for just $99.
What does onboarding look like? In addition to a live demo, you will have a personalized onboarding call to get started. MTMPRO also has in-app video tutorials and guided tours, with outstanding customer support.
Do you charge for different levels of support? No. Customer support is included with every price tier. For retailers who receive a subscription through their manufacturer, we ask that support inquiries be initiated with the manufacturer.
